The fees listed above include processing fees and biometric services charges payable to Department of State and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agencies respectively（no extra charges will appear on your credit card statement if you use this method of payment）. Processing fees may vary depending upon the size of your file and whether you apply inside or outside the United States. Biometric Services Charges are nonrefundable regardless of the outcome of your visa issuance request.
